Basic branding tasks, such as adding a logo to your graphic/video, can cost as low as $10. While custom content creation can cost significantly more. We encourage opening up a retainer for ongoing tasks. Here is a basic list of common services and prices:

How Many Hours Do I Need for Digital Admin Service?
There is no minimum! Most clients only need 3-5 hours of admin service per week. These hours are enough to cover your website updates and keep your social media accounts updated daily. Learn more about our digital admin services.
However, larger sites needing bulk product edits or SEO optimization may take more hours to complete. Consider opening a retainer if you are unsure the amount of time your project will take.
What is a Retainer?
A retainer is a prepaid service plan used to use any of our services. These funds can be used for revisions, creation of graphics, general consulting, and any of the admin services we offer. This ensures that a team member will be available to you for services at any time.
While a retainer is not required, we recommend opening one up for any ongoing tasks you may need.
You may use your retainer for: Project revisions, web design tasks, picture formatting, account creation, copywriting, market research, website mockups, business consulting, misc project management, SEO tasks, social media posting, customer service, data entry, reports, custom content, branding, spreadsheets, reservations, online ordering, and more.
There is no minimum retainer fill, but a $50 is recommended.
How Long Does It Take?
You may contact us at any time to find out how long it will take us to complete your tasks. Small tasks (such as adding a logo to your video) can be completed in a couple of hours, while larger tasks (website creation) may take longer.
Who Creates My Content?
Quiksnip partners with experienced freelance editors and in-house graphic designers who absolutely love what they do. The best part of their job is helping other people share their experiences through the power of social media. All content is reviewed before sending back to the client.

How Much Direction Do I Give?
That depends.
All our team members are creative professionals, so if you’re not quite sure what you want, pitch them a few ideas and let them work their magic. For example, you can send over some pictures you saw on Facebook and ask that we recreate their style through images or writing. Or you can ask us to post pictures you like to all of your followers every Tuesday at 2pm.
On the other hand, if you know exactly what you need, simply send us all the details and we can get started right away.
What If My Video Footage Isn’t Great?
Our editors know how to make great videos from okay footage, but don’t expect to win an Oscar for Best Picture. Check out our recording tips for creating better videos with your smartphone. No matter how your footage looks, our editors will balance color and audio, clean up background noise, and apply filters to help your video stand out from the crowd.
What If I’m Not Happy With Your Work?
One round of revisions are free of charge for graphic design and video services. If you’re still not happy, then we will refund your money as long as you alert us within 3 business days. Any revisions thereafter requires you to set up a retainer to continue.
For social media services, you may request a post be removed or added at any time. If you want us to target a different audience or demographic, please notify us immediately for adjustments. We will work with you to find the right voice and generate relevant content to appeal to your audience.
Cancellations: You may cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After these 7 days, we will continue to manage your accounts on a monthly basis until you submit a cancellation request. If you have already subscribed to our services and want to cancel, please submit a cancellation notice 3 days before your next payment. For all cancellations send an email to info@quiksnip.com with your Name, Account, Payment Method on File, and Reason for Cancelling in the Body.
